Aromatherapy Foot Massage is a treatment which involves a massage of the feet and lower leg using Reflexology and Massage techniques along with a limited number of essential oil blends. AFM
Foot Health Care treats a number of basic foot health conditions and problems. The aim is to give your feet that special treatment to provide relief, comfort and a "spring in your step". Foot Health

Fran’s background is as a Primary Teacher for 37 years, teaching in Africa, the Middle East and in the UK. She is now a “semi- retired” head teacher. She has always held a deep interest in the use and benefits of complementary therapies and began her Reiki journey in 2004.
She was trained as a Reiki Practitioner (Levels I and 2) in the Usui form of Reiki by two Reiki Masters based in Hertfordshire. Fran is now a Reiki Master Practitioner, a member of the UK Reiki Federation, UKReikiFed and a member of the Complementary Therapists Association. CThA Additionally she trained as a Bereavement Counsellor with CRUSE and has worked on a voluntary basis for the charity. Her work with Cruse enables her to support those in difficult and emotional times. It is Fran’s aim to give clients healing in a calm, relaxing and supportive environment, therefore enabling them to relax, de-stress and enhance their daily lives.

Ivor previously worked in a stressful environment within the Civil Service for 24 years which included 3 years as a fulltime Health and Safety Advisor. His particular interests are Stress Management and Work Related Stress.
He trained as a Reflexologist at the Aquarian School of Europe, Harpenden, Hertfordshire, having previously attained an I.T.E.C. ITEC Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology at Oaklands College, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. Ivor trained as a Foot Health Professional at the SMAE SMAE Open College of Foot Health Professionals at Maidenhead, Berkshire. He completed his Indian Head Massage practitoners training with Teach Therapy, Teach Therapy Wenvoe, near Cardiff and his Aromatherapy Foot Massage training with The Jubilee College, Nottingham. Jubilee College
Ivor is a member of the Association of Reflexologists, AoR and is registered as a Reflexologist with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council CNHC. Additionally he is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists FHT and Complementary Therapists Association. CThA He also holds the N.E.B.O.S.H. NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health and is an Associate Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management.
